Ceramic fiber is standout among the different organic and inorganic fibers as ideal replacement of asbestos. CAZ 214 Ceramic fiber packing
Braided from ceramic fibers without any impregnation, will not shrink or swell in service. It can be reinforced by fiberglass or SS wire, May be ordered square or round cross section.
CAZ 214EG Graphited Ceramic packing with Nickel wire
212EG is ceramic packing reinforced with Inconel or SS or Nickel wire and lubricated by graphite.
APPLICATION:
As a static seal for vessels, heaters, manhole, lids, covers, thermal insulation and fire-proof of pipes etc under high temperature. Suited for chemically neutral and resistant to water, steam, hot air, oils and so on.
